Founded in 2021,  named after my brother James who was 39 years old,   and lost his battle to Covid-19.  I had a vision for years to open an event space in the Kansas City area and brought my vision to light.  And what better name for this event space, to honor my brother.  j39 Event Space is an intimate, chic,  event venue located in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The venue is owned by Monica Gonzales,  an entrepreneur with a passion for business and entrepreneurship. When we are not hosting events, the facility becomes a business incubator for networking, corporate meetings, and creative workshops.
